What Happens When Your Transcript Is Delivered?
Whenever a transcript is completed and delivered to you, a feedback link will appear along with it. Using this link, you can rate your transcript on a scale of one to five. We’re very proud to say that over the past year, the majority of our transcripts are rated at a four or five! But what happens when we get lower ratings?
- We will fix the transcript
- We will offer a full refund of your money
- We look internally to see what went wrong and correct the issue
- We educate our team to ensure that it never happens again
Our main goal is to do it right the first time, every time
